With the unveiling of the Audi PB 18 e-tron concept car, there's a lot to be excited about. The Audi PB 18 e-tron is designed with some never-before-seen features and advancements. This electric sports car is designed for both the racetrack and the road. The PB 18 e-tron concept car is designed to give you the experience of driving a racecar, previously only available when driving the Audi R18.

There's only room for one in the Audi PB 18 e-tron concept car, and that's because, in order to emulate the design of a monoposto, there is an inner monocoque shell that can slide laterally to be positioned in the middle of the interior. That being said, Audi does plan to give this car a high degree of everyday usability, so a passenger seat in the future may be possible.

This concept car shows that it can match the efficiency of electric motors with a powerful performance. The concept is equipped with three electric motors located both in the front and back of the car. Two of the engines are in the rear to help make sure that the center of gravity is behind the driver's seat. With a combined torque of up to 612 pound-feet, the concept can accelerate from 0 to 60 in barely more than 2 seconds. This speed only slightly differs from that of the LMP1 prototype.

Of course, the Audi PB 18 e-tron is designed for not only power but efficiency. This concept is able to recover large amounts of energy. The electric motors are responsible for decelerating the vehicle when braking only moderately, and the hydraulic brakes are only activated when heavy braking occurs.
